Applications must be submitted in person with all required documentation to be placed on the waiting list. Please read about our Tenant Selection Criteria regarding these properties.	Conventional Apartment ComplexesMonday thru Friday Cedar Springs Apartments - 8:00am to 4:30pm Viviendas Scottsdale Apartments - 8:00am to 4:30pm The required application fee must be paid in advance.
