Bliven Property Managment


Bliven Property Management was established in 2001 to offer quality and affordable housing to the residents of Phoenix and surrounding areas. We currently manage 5 apartment complexes in the valley. We pride ourselves with our strong relationships with HUD and the Arizona Public Housing Authority by offering affordable housing to lower income families.

Three of our communities are Project Based Section 8 Housing with a total of 262 units. These communities are subsidized by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and rents are approximately 30% of the household's income. The management at these communities have prided themselves with most complexes scoring above average or better in management and maintenance of the units and grounds. These properties do have waiting lists and all interested parties are encouraged to apply.

Two of our communities are Conventional Housing Apartment Complexes with a total of 143 units. These complexes generally do not have waiting list and sometimes have move in specials available.

All of our properties require Credit and Criminal Background Screening to determine eligibility of applicants.
